Steven Hornik blogs about using Second Life to teach some of his accounting course at the University of Central Florida.
(Click on the Second Life Accounting Videos on the right side of Dr. Hornik’s blog.)
What’s particularly interesting is that he is creating interactive exercises in Second Life (as the videos show).
He also shares survey data from his students about their reactions to Second Life — some liked it, some didn’t.
(By the way, Dr. Hornik also posts narrated PowerPoint versions of all of the lectures in his course (Camtasia recordings). Pretty cool.)
