Learning and development processes and systems have come a long way. Their impact on professional development has been monumental. But are companies getting all the juice for their squeeze on learning platforms? To optimize performance of any learning platform, a company must reflect on its overall human capital/talent management strategy and culture. Creating a learning focused organization requires understanding your people in the environment you have created for them. Have you created an atmosphere for learning? More importantly, have you created a culture that promotes making mistakes? Do your people embrace or dislike technology? Do you promote transparency and collaboration? Do you have a culture that supports entertaining new ideas from inside and outside the organization?
This presentation will lead the participants on a journey to better understand the environmental challenges and opportunities for creating a learning-focused environment. It will be a highly interactive presentation covering strategic and tactical concepts, constructs, and tools. The information presented is based on key research that has been developed by the AC Growth team.
Duration: Two hours
